Let’s hit the road with our guides by sitting on the back of motorbikes ((Jeep, car, cyclo, walking as an option) to escape from the hustle and bustle of tourist stuff, then have a food tour to figure out how TASTY our local cuisine is ( in district 10,3,5,6). Apart from these activities our experienced guides will share not only intriguing stories of SAIGON but also demonstrate cultural aspects of SAIGONESE.

ITINERARY PROGRAM

We will pick you up at your accommodation. We begin with a short talk from our guides on your evening program, a safety briefing for those that are doing our tour by scooter (Jeep, car, cyclo, walking as an option). Just before we set off on our tour into the city, our guides will check to see that everything is in order before we set off to explore the brilliant “hidden gems” in seven different districts of Saigon.

1.Bún Thịt Nướng (Vietnamese noodles with BBQ pork)

Bún Thịt Nướng, rice vermicelli noodles topped with grilled pork meat, fresh herbs, spring rolls, and these dishes are dressed in fish sauce. This dish ranks at the top of the most popular in Southern Vietnam.

2.Bánh Xèo, Bánh Khọt”
Stop to enjoy some " Bánh Xèo" Vietnamese crispy pancakes and " Bánh khọt" Vietnamese cupcakes and learn how they are made from a local chef with over 20 years of experience. This dish served with a huge plate of herbs and deeply flavored with fish sauce.

3.Chuối nếp nướng
Visit the best of our hidden gems and taste Chuối Nếp Nướng- grilled lady finger banana with coconut milk and sesame seed on top.

4. Hồ Thị Kỷ - the biggest wholesale flowers and Cambodia market.
After all that food, we next wander through small alleys and corners and stop at the biggest flower wholesale market in HCMC, and then across to Cambodia Market which is a market for the young generation in Saigon, where we relax with a cup of fresh peach tea.

5.Bò Kho Gánh: Beef stew
Then we hop back onto our scooters or into your transport and head off to district 10 to enjoy the most amazing beef stew served with Vietnamese bread, at the local restaurant which was established in 1975. To make the most of our night, we take you through District 4 to see the nightlife and a view of Saigon after dark.

6.Vĩnh Khánh seafood street.
To finish off the night, we head to Vĩnh Khánh seafood street to taste 2 or 3 of the famous seafood dishes, such as Steamed Clams in with tom yum soup, BBQ mussels with green onion and peanut toppings, all served with cold local beer or soft drink
